Depoimento: Joanne was fantastic help for buying our first home! She helped us understand the process, found us a great home, and was available for the million questions we had. The financial side of buying our house had literally everything go wrong that could (FHA 203k's are difficult) but Joanne was there to help! Although the bank made things stressful, Joanne was able to ease my mind and worked with them to make sure everything went through as it should. A year after we initially purchased our home, we refinanced to a conventional loan and once again Joanne was able to run some comps for us to help us determine if it was worth pursuing. We ended up saving a lot of money, thanks to her recommendation and guidance. If you are in the market to buy or sell a home, I would highly recommend choosing Joanne Blum.

Depoimento: First of all I must start by saying that we have bought and sold over 25 homes in 40 years of Marriage. That is certainly higher than the norm. Roxanne is by far the most professional, personable, and knowledgeable realtor that we have ever worked with. She definitely goes above and beyond her job. Ours was a challenging listing as we were in another state most of the time. Roxanne handled any and all repairs that came up as well as personal needs while we were away. She was in constant communication with us. There were quite a few listings in our neighborhood and Roxanne not only sold our home, but another listing as well. These homes are in the 1.5-2M range and do not flip quickly, however both homes sold for the fair market price. You will not find a harder working, more honest, and knowledgeable professional. I highly recommend Roxanne for your next real estate needs!

He came in and was very helpful with letting us know what was on the market currently and what should be done to our house to help with selling it. (Needed to paint and a few other minor things). He got everything that needed to be done very quickly to make sure it went up on the market. I'm VERY HAPPY to say he sold our house in 5 days after it went live!! He was amazing with making sure everything got out there and advertising our house. We love him and especially the fact that he sold our house in 5 days!!!

We had tried in the past to sell our house, and were unsuccessful. 2 years later, she is our agent, we asked her what we could do to get it sold, and she went through our house with us and let us know exactly what we needed. sure, it costs money to get it all done, but we did it and it sold in a snap of a finger, where before, we were getting a lot of traffic, but this time it stood out at someone and they bought it. she was fabulous, and when and if I get to buy a house, I will definently give her a call.
