Depoimento: Claudia was my realtor when I decide to rent my house. She explained me all the process, from the listing to the signing of the contract. She help me hire a handyman to do some touches on the house, paint job and other cosmetic details , which I believed helped bring the rent up. When the tenant asked me to pay for pest control , she helped me on solving this issue, pointing out that by contract this was not my responsibility. She was always very proactive and professional. She is definetly a keeper!!

Depoimento: Kayla was a great realtor to have as a first time buyer!! She let us know what to expect during each step of the buying process. She was not only helpful with the purchase of our new home but also the sale of our house, more so than the realtor that had our house listed. She was there to help with anything and response time was spot on; we could always contact her any time of day and we'd have her full attention. She was completely honest and if she didn't know something that was asked (rare), she came out and told us, but then searched for an answer. If there was something that we didn't like or we weren't sure about she contacted the sellers and asked if there was something that could be done. Kayla also gave tips on the area as we were from out of the area. She's very resourceful and knowledgeable and very personable and passionate about what she does, which makes her a great realtor! Overall, I would recommend Kayla as a realtor to anyone!

Depoimento: Greg Cashner sold my Tustin townhome for me Jan 2015. When I put it up for sale, I was planning a move cross country which had many bumps in the road & delays but Greg worked with my schedule. In addition, I choose not to have open houses but wanted to show the house by appointment only, so I could focus more easily on packing. Again, Greg accommodated this. And despite 2 other units in my complex having just sold for a lower cost, Greg was able to get me top dollar, knowing how many upgrades & TLC I had given to my townhome. He was available to explain all options once the offers started coming in. Oh, and he even made himself available to sell some furniture pieces I had on Craig's list once I moved out of state & could not be there to sell them in person. He also met repairmen at the townhome for me & coordinated the repairs that were required to be completed so the home could sell. Bottom line is that Greg is very knowledgeable, accommodating, & will work hard to get you the best deal possible. Whether you are selling or buying a home, you will be in good hands with Greg; he will handle the real estate details, & you will be able to spend your time focusing on your move. Highly recommend!

Depoimento: Dave came in after my previous realtor had wasted the best part of the sales year (Spring and Summer) doing nothing but waiting to collect her commission. Dave aggressively put together some plans that looked at leasing, and flipping the property. He was very supportive when we had a prospective buyer who was just playing me. Then just before I was ready to lease the property he got an offer from a nice buyer and we were finally able to close. The closing was sooner than expected.Worked for a short time with Johnny B who is an associate of Dave's. He was okay, but does not work there anymore.
