Depoimento: As someone who had lived at home my entire life, I had never had the experience of looking at houses or apartments. I didn't know what questions to ask, who to seek or what to do. I had viewed many apartments and did not find a suitable apartment. Then, my parents informed me that they had found a co-op apartment not too far from home. That's when I was introduced to Deedee. Punctual, determined, and friendly are the various traits that I saw in Deedee when we first met. Definitely a plus compared to all of the other "real estate agents" i had dealt with in the past. Not all necessary but definitely great to have next to me on the road to purchasing a co-op. But wow, she was very organized, punctual, knowledgeable throughout the whole painful co-op purchasing process. Thanks Deedee for everything !!TL;dr... I highly recommend Deedee for any and all of your real estate needs !

She has always gone out of her way to help us even after the sale has gone through and she is no longer obligated. She is a wonderful person and looks for your best interests, not her own like other Realtors. I would call her friend now before I would call her my realtor!

Depoimento: We had to drive to the properties with Debra following us in her car as she was not prepared to take us around even though given 4 weeks notice. We were in town to specifically see homes and were pawned off on a co-worker for a time as she had made plans. We didn't get to see all of the homes we wanted to as neither she nor her co-worker were available. She failed to find out that a home we were interested in from the get-go was under contract until we were on the plane for home after already submitting an offer. Same thing for offer #2. She didn't tell the sellers on offer #3 things we asked until we had to threaten to walk away from the deal. Horrible experience all around!

She was able to keep us updated through the whole process. If we didn't understand something she always explained it to us in detail.
