Had it on the market in no time at all, not to mention had interested buyers (including cash buyers) the very same day that it went on the market.I literally handed him the reigns and trusted his ability to make a decision that would not only be in our best interest, but in the best interest of the buyer as well.Upon deciding on a buyer, he facilitated and/ or personally saw to it that any and all discrepancies, repairs, concerns, etc were handled accordingly and in a timely manner.This sale was especially difficult because I was deployed abroad at time of sale (and still am). He went above and beyond to ensure that closing was done in a timely manner. He was resourceful enough to be able to traverse any obstacles that presented themselves. Upon day one, Jeanine walked me through the process at my pace and worked with my needs in a calm, collect no pressure manor. Although It was unclear as when a home would be found and having variance work hours, Jeanine showed patience and the ability to work on my timeline. Jeanine was able and willing to meet and show locations which were well out of her home office area and clearly did the research the area markets. As a new and nervous home buyer, from the initial meeting to closing, she was made my experience feel as I had been through this many times before.
