Depoimento: Words cannot describe how lucky we were to work with Jodie Smith! We would highly recommend her to everyone. We mean EVERYONE!! We are first time sellers and were guided the whole way through this crazy process with such care and professionalism. No one could have prepared us better. We were on the market for 6 months with another agent. Had about 12 showings and one low offer. It was very hard to know if taking the offer was a good decision or not. In the end they pulled the offer. Thank goodness because we then changed agents to Jodie Smith. Increased our asking price. Had at least 12 shows in the first 3 weeks and sold our house for a full asking price!! How amazing to have a full price offer to use toward our next purchase of our forever home! Jodie then helped us with the purchase of our next home and oh we thank her every day for all the emotional support!! Our house sold with no issues but our house to purchase as not so easy. We are not sure what we would have done without her experience, kindness, and patience. Not only to guide us on making the tough decisions but to always act in our favor with respect to both parties involved.She gives 110%. Extremely detailed and patient and on top of all this, she is such a great person. I really can't imagine getting any better service than this. Did I mention she is smart too! Depoimento: Kirk sold my 2500sqft home on 10 acres with out-buildings. He helped in every accept of getting the house and property ready to put on the market . Recommending what plumber, electrician and landscaper to hire. My home was only on the market less then 30 days and I was so overwhelmed that Kirk also helped organized and set up estate sale for me as well. Jason has sold two homes for us, and they both sold in the first week for way more than what we thought we could get. He also helped us find a new home. Depoimento: Marcia was very helpful during our home search. My husband and I were relocating back to the Columbus area after living in NC for 7 years. The vast majority our of search was done online and she was constantly updating our search to meet our changing criteria. She was very knowledgeable about the current housing market and was able to steer us away or towards homes that may better meet our needs beyond their online profiles. Our time to tour homes was very limited on our two visits and she set aside the entire day to make sure we were able to see as many homes as we needed to. Marcia was very involved from the very beginning of the home search until we were signing paperwork at closing. We were very thankful for her helpfulness and professional.
