Depoimento: What can I say? I believe that Melvin Servellon (our real estate agent) is over the top one of the best real estate agent we have ever met. Beyond our expectations! Everybody should be trained under him on how to become one of the best real estate agent. From the very first time we met, even when we were only deciding to buy a house, he went out of his way to drive us around to look for properties, until the day we wanted to rent a property, then got our first house, and then selling our house now! And he just amazes us so much on how much work and passion he always put into everything! He never treated us as his clients or friends, but we were like a family to him. He exceeds every expectation you will have and it’s just really hard to beat him with it! He is awesome! If we would rate him with scale of 10 as the highest, I’d say he deserves a 100/10! He is that way too awesome as an agent. Again, thank you so much Melvin for always helping us through everything! You’re just beyond awesome!

She took the time to listen to our needs and desire to find a colonial style home in a quiet neighborhood, with enough space for our golden retriever to run, and walking paths right outside our door for us to walk. We love our home here in Columbia. The people are great and the surrounding area has beautiful large trees and the landscaping is gorgeous in the spring. The entire real estate end-to-end process went through without an issue. Laura handled all the negotiations, paperwork, and was our advocate during the closing. She is a true professional and an oustanding sales agent. We plan to move back to Vermont in the spring of 2016 and have already consulted Laura to sell our home here in Maryland and help us locate an agent in Vermont. Just knowing Laura will be helping us has been a tremendous load off our shoulders. Thank you Long & Foster for hiring Laura Byrne as part of your staff. She is awesome!

Depoimento: My mom died in August 2015. My brother, sister and I live out of state so we needed a real estate agent that we felt we could trust. We interviewed a few, but Tom rang true with us. My mom's neighbors put in a good word for him as well, so we decided to retain Tom as our agent - and what a good decision that was!! Tom handled so many things for us, the clearing out and cleaning of the house, cost estimates and repairs (all very fair, I might add) and he checked on the house periodically. After we had cleared out the personal items that we wanted to keep by the end of September, we turned the house over to Tom who took care of getting it ready for viewing. It went on the market in mid to late October and was under contract before the end of November. He called me periodically to let me know how things were progressing and he could not have been nicer. I highly recommend Tom Vastola!

Depoimento: Dennis is extremely detailed oriented especially when following the deal through escroW. When he sold my home and the buyer had trouble with his mortgage co., Dennis stepped in and found new financing for my buyer. That saved the buyer his $10,000.00 escrow money and totally saved the deal. I would highly recommend Dennis either as a listing agent or buer's agent. When Dennis found me a new home home he negotiated a $20,000.00 reduction of price for me.
