Depoimento: Working with Wendy Johnson was a great experience. She has a great knowledge of the area and did everything possible to find the right house for our family. Wendy was able to find and show us several houses and even worked around our difficult schedules. She kept me up to date with daily correspondence as we went through the home buying process. She even worked on our deal on her own vacation. I would recommend Wendy to everyone interested in buying/selling a home.

Depoimento: Where do I begin! My wife and I decided to start looking for a new home in the Lakes region of NH last spring. We didn't really know the region well or exactly what we were looking good for. Kerri was a huge help to us supply us with information of the different towns. She also sent us listings that met our criteria as soon as they hit the market. We looked at countless homes over an almost 9 month time period. Kerri could not have been more patient or accommodating to us. She would travel all over the state with us viewing different properties always supplying us with great insight and information. After almost 9 months we finally found the home of our dreams but honestly thought it was out of our reach financially. Kerri told us she had researched comps in the area and felt that she could get them down into our price range. We thought no way but after Kerri negotiated on our behalf we now are living in Paradise in the home of our dreams. Kerri went above and beyond for us. Her top priority from day 1 was to understand our wants and needs and then do everything in her power to make our dream a reality. Her knowledge and support throughout the process was invaluable! When at times it looked like the deal might fall apart Kerri was positive & optimistic keeping us focused on it all coming together. We never would have found this home or even imagine it would have been in our price range if it wasn't for Kerri. I highly recommend her to ANYONE looking to BUY or SELL a home. I can promise you no one will work harder or be there for you more than Kerri. She is a true professional who's top priority is your satisfaction.

Depoimento: We rented a house for three years that this woman was the property manager of. She takes absolutely no accountability for her responsibilities as a property manager. We paid almost $1200 in rent every month, and had no working air conditioner for 8 months because her and the owner refused to fix it. The owner would also show up to the property unannounced and intoxicated, and I asked her to talk to him, which she did not do as it kept happening. There were several occasions that she would text me that we needed to pay our rent when I already had, she just didn't check in with her office. She's very rude and unprofessional. She told my family and I to leave because we were complaining too much about the air conditioner (it never got fixed). We had to go to court over the matter, in which she was dishonest and blamed us for things that were wrong with the house that were damaged prior to when we moved in. (Conveniently she didn't bring the walkthrough papers to court). I expressed my dissatisfaction over how things ended with her, and she used expletives to curse me out. Never rent from this woman, from my experience she is dishonest and incompetent. Beware of renting from her.

Depoimento: Having Rebecca as our realtor made the home buying process less stressful. She was very knowledgeable about the areas we were looking to buy our home in. She took the time to really listen to what we were looking for and tried to find us a home that was close to those requirements including our budget. Once we found the home we wanted to purchase she made the remaining process (negotiations, paperwork, inspections, etc.) run smoothly. She even recommended a wonderful local lender when our out of state lender wasn't responding to phone calls or emails in a timely matter. By going with the lender she recommended we were able to get a better rate and better service. Also, if we had any questions during the home buying process she was easy to get a hold of via phone or email. I would definitely recommend her to my friends and family.
