The next day we met Tabor at the house we chose and he has other listings immediately. I wasn't even sure I wanted to purchase at that time. Depoimento: Corey is an energetic and fun realtor. We told him what we were looking for and within minutes he had a list of properties to look at. Within a short amount of time, we found a home and made a fair offer (well below asking price) and the buyer accepted. He also stays on top of the mortgage and title companies and holds them accountable to what they promise. When our mortgage company failed to have closing documents ready, leaving us homeless for a couple of days, he got them to pay for our lodging and then some. Needless to say, he no longer works with that mortgage company. Corey holds high standards and expects that from those who are supposed to be working for you. Highly recommend him!
