Purchasing a home can be overwhelming and stressful, but knowing you have someone you can count on to address all your concerns, be there for you and follow through in a timely manner makes the process bearable. You feel like you have a friend by your side and not someone who is just trying to make a commission. He was there for us to make good decisions and took our financial concerns into consideration. Depoimento: I was looking at properties in boca raton and Alena popped up on zillow. I called the number in her picture and she answered immediately. I wanted to know what the best options were for my budget IE. should i rent or should i buy. Not only did she advise me on all the costs associated with buying a home she also pointed out some new costs associated with renting that i had neer thought of. I now understand that there is an opportunity cost associated with renting vs buying. after my conversation with Alena i am leaning towards buying a property through her and her team.

Depoimento: Stephen is absolutely amazing! I initially sent out messages to 4 Agents one night on Zillow and he was the first and ONLY to call me the following morning, bright and early. He was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. He knew the answers to most questions I had (which were many), and whatever he wasn't sure of, he found out for me right away. He always had my family's best interest in mind and never pushed hard on anything. He was basically there to guide me and being a first time home buyer, he helped make the experience be way less scarier and stressful than I thought it would be. I will most definitely use his service again in the future when I'm ready for an upgrade!

To begin, I would not be sitting here this morning, sipping coffee on MY lovely patio, instead, I would probably be frantically scrambling to pack for the umpteenth time, because a landlord has decided to sell the home we had come to THINK was our own, but, of course, never really was. I have God, my family and Kristin to thank for making years of moving agony, a thing of the past...we are FINALLY and ever so gratefully...HOME! Not only did Kristin bust her tail, spending her weekends and her evenings trying to find us the home that met our very particular needs, but she did it quickly, joyfully and professionally. She even put our needs above her commission check, never trying to insist we needed a house that was outside of our budget.She had an uncanny way of putting herself into our shoes, and thus knowing almost intuitively what would or would not be the perfect home for us, and she wasn't willing to ''settle". Kristin is not merely just a great "starter", she is also a phenomenal FINISHER! We had some very unique and challenging financing issues that at times made ME want to give up on the dream of owning my own home...but as stressful as it was for her, Kristin never quit, and armed with her knowledge of real estate, her calm, yet effective, negotiating skills, her creative problem solving skills, her incredible intuition and her ferocious tenacity...we won the battle! There is a call to the human race to "go the extra mile" for one another, yet sadly, it is a rare thing to witness, especially in the business world. Kristin humbly and beautifully displayed this rare character trait. I am in the process of buying multiple apartment buildings in Washington for investment purposes while simultaneously selling my single family home rentals in California where I currently live. To compound this complexity, all transaction are being done via 1031 exchange to defer taxes. Finally to add a final complex twist, I am suffering from a back injury and have had to take pain medication which makes me forgetful, unfocused and half the time asleep.
