Depoimento: I was so nervous about buying a new home, in addition to moving to a new state. When Lynn returned my call regarding a listing i had seen, we hit it off right away. All my insecurity melted away. Not only was she knowledgable about the florida housing market, but she was a fellow NY'er!!! Lynn took my crazy frantic calls, emails and texts at all hours, which was great as i was a basket case! Its been a long time since i purchased a home and forgot how much needed to be done. Thank god for Lynn & Steve! They were up front about everything and steered us away from a few choices that could have been "Money pits". They helped us find the perfect house fro us, just what we wanted. 3 b/r, 2 bth, 2 +car garage and a built in screened in swimming pool. And best of all the house is move in ready!
