Depoimento: Dom helped me to purchase my first house. He spent months with me even before my money was ready to just help me grab an idea of the house markets and what I want and not. During the whole process, there is one thing Dom really impressed me a lot -- he knows the market of almost every single city in Bay Area. He holds high standard for house, and he always be very honest with me what's good and bad about a house and never try to push me to buy anything. I had a not very big budget, but eventually we were able to get a single family townhouse in Belmont, surrounded with water, with top schools, which I never expected I could get. Now the house is under remodeling and I just cannot wait to see how beautiful it will look like. I would recommend Dom to my friends who wants to buy houses in Bay Area, his knowledge and experience is a powerful weapon for house hunting. :)

Depoimento: When we contacted Sharon to purchase our first house we provided her a list of houses we wanted to look at. We made an appointment for a few days later. She was able to get access to everything we wanted to look at. Was very knowledgeable about the houses we were looking at along with the neighborhood. There was one particular house we wanted but was not available. We started looking at other houses and noticed that the one we wanted was back on the market. I called Sharon and asked her if she could get the keys so we could look around. She had the keys in a matter of days and the answers to our questions. During the whole process, as we had never purchased a house before, she was able to guide us and explain each step and what we needed to do and what to expect. It was such a great experience, that we remain friends today. I recommended her to all my friends who are in the market to purchase a home.

She agreed that our home of over 50 years needed some quick, not-too-expensive improvements, especially in the kitchen and the yards. Checking with us every step of the way, Pam's team came in and went to work. Within a few weeks, the house was ready for the market - looking gorgeous! After one weekend for the open house, we sat down with Pam to open the bids received. She explained to us the pros and cons of each bid, and we came to an agreement. Pam was extremely professional and courteous to work with. She always returned calls in a timely manner. She grew up in Los Altos, and her knowledge of the area was extensive and up-to-date. I have recommended Pam to two friends who may be looking for a selling agent for their parents' homes and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to more.
