Depoimento: 1. what impressed you the most about susan?2. what would you say to a friend if you were to recommend susan to them?in our everyday life we encounter good doctors or trained technicians that we routinely come to rely on and trust. for most of us using a broker only comes once or twice in our life, so most of the time its a gamble who we find. for me i got very lucky. a year before i wanted to move, i started the slow search of looking in vegas and surrounding neighborhood's for a new home. one day before attending an open house, i went online to find a broker who would go with me- Susan Gallahari stopped looking for a few months and then started back.i never could of imagined that i would find someone who was professional, knowledgeable, very patient and willing to move at my pace! but thats Susan.long story short, in two years i couldn't find what i was dreaming of, then the real-estate recession hit vegas, and no one wanted to work with us.then i made a major change breaker and decide to buy land and build. again this was hard, for the banks wouldn't move an inch and my patience was wearing thin.Then i found exactly what i was looking for, and after a lengthily process between seller/buyer & broker- i was on my way.within 17 months my house was built.... even after closing costs and paper work were filed, when most brokers would move on, Susan stayed throughout the entire process, still calling occasionally to see if i'm still happy.so to any of you out there needing a broker and a friend- call Susan.stuart m
