Depoimento: We bought our first home with Marc in 2006, which was a short sale. The longest short sale of all time. But Marc kept us up to date on everything and it could not have gone more smoothly. Since then, we listed that house with him, and purchased another in 2015 (again, a seamless transaction), and have referred all of our family members and friends to him. We will continue to do so as his knowledge of the Rochester area and market are top notch. He is professional and knows how to get the job done right. He knows how to negotiate and you can rest easy that he has your best interest in mind always. One of the initial reasons I elected to work with her is she was very specific on what I needed to do/not-do before listing my house - which saved me money right from the start and I knew her suggestions were not just fluff. Bari was tremendously helpful during the entire process and was especially helpful given that I had relocated prior to actually selling my house for work (she waited at the house for a repair man since I was out of state). She took care of all the finishing details as promised and made the experience as pain-free as possible! I would highly recommend Bari to anyone looking to sell/buy their home, I wish I had her on my side when I was buying, but I'm glad to have had her there for the selling.

From the initial tour of our new home to the moment our offer was accepted, she was very diligent, helpful and knowledgeable with all aspects of the purchase and sale process. Shortly after listing our home, she hired a photographer to produce a video of our home (for enhanced online presence), and then brought in a group of realtors to view our property.
