She gives honest recommendations for what needs to be done to sell a home. He was always available for questions we had as well as presented options for us to think about that we might not have thought of on our own. We came up several times, each time viewing a different area. Finally, we settled on properties with views and a spacious feeling. Knowing that a property would eventually present itself if patient, we finally were made aware of a property that would fit out needs. Giving advice during the beginning steps of making an offer was valuable as well as making sure timelines were met. We honestly would use Kirk again should the need arise. We are very happy with our purchase.
