I had my reservations upon entering the home-finding realm as it was my first time, but Joseph immediately quelled them with his easy-going demeanor, genuine character and friendliness. His attention to detail and knowledge of real estate affairs cannot be understated and it shined through in everything he did to help me. I am already skeptical about my next real estate encounter because I doubt it will be as amazing as this one.

Depoimento: Unfortunately I cannot recommend Jeff. I'll start by saying that Jeff is nice and friendly in person, however I had a very poor experience with his service as a realtor. I chose him as a realtor based on my mortgage company's recommendation.At first I really liked him, however I should have known it would be a problem when he went out of town the first time I tried to close on a house and did not bother to tell me he would be unavailable, so the entire time I was trying to get an inspection organized he was difficult to reach due to being at a conference on the other side of the country. That house ended up falling through-and I was glad for Jeff's recommendation that I not buy it due to information we found out about the property, but I should have listened and switched realtors when my friends recommended it.It ended up taking about 4 months to find a house that fit my needs due to budget restrictions and a lack of listings that were approved for my type of loan. As time went on it was easy to see that he was frustrated with my budget-and would often push me to go over my budget and/or to settle for a place I didn't really like.Eventually we found a place in my budget and he set up the closing, we got the inspection done, and then it was in process. He worked out some repairs with the sellers, and then again went out of town and was hard to reach. I kept asking for information on what repairs he requested, but he could not provide it, and he kept promising his assistant would send it to me. I'm not sure if she just didn't listen to him and ignored his requests to send the info, or if this was a falsehood and he never actually asked them to make fixes, but I never received the information in spite of requesting it multiple times. Eventually he just responded saying "They don't actually HAVE to fix anything but I convinced them to" and I would respond with "What did you convince them to fix though?" and I'd get a vague list of things back that he thought they were fixing and the excuse "I'm out of town so I don't have the list in front of me." Having never received the list, and only having his vague idea of what he requested, I moved into the house and found that NONE of the repairs had been done. On top of that the sellers had taken the A/C unit they promised (or he assured my they promised) with them, and left a giant mess in the yard.After months of reaching out to him trying to get him to track down the A/C unit that was promised, and multiple instances of him assuring me he was talking to their listing agent to get it sorted, I still never received the property that was owed to me and he eventually stopped responding to my emails.Unfortunately all of this left me with a really negative feeling about Jeff's realtor skills and lack of honest communication, and I'd be highly unlikely to ever recommend his services for someone buying a house.
