He walked me through the whole process, from negotiating the sale to the closing. Once my house sold, he helped me find my new house, which I love!! Depoimento: I have sold homes 3 different times in California. This sale was for a 2 acre rancher in Rohnert Park. Sharon was a phenomenal agent and helped navigate a very complex sale. Although she represented both the buyer and seller (me) I was always 100% confident that she fully represented my interests. In fact because she represented both sides of the transaction Sharon was able to expertly manage communications, and logistics to get the deal done. The only minor ding on all the stars is; 1. so you know this is a real review and I am very thoughtful about my recommendation (and not an easy grader) and 2. a very small point that I should have caught that maybe could have been reminded to me. So maybe the missing negotiation star should really be for me. Sharon was the absolute best agent and I would only work with her again up in Sonoma/Napa area.
