We had a showing request within 2 hours of it being listed! Her guidance on our list price was dead on and her open house was a huge success with three potential buyers. We needed to sell in a hurry and she came up with a great suggestions to add an buying agent incentive that got it sold a few days later. I would recommend her to anyone! I was a first time seller, and he carefully explained everything I needed to know along the way: the marketing, selling points, the finances, and the legal aspects. He explained I had a short timeline to get my house ready to hit the best sales window and stay in the seller’s market, and came up with a plan to achieve it. Newton identified the work that would need to be done, prioritized the list, and brought in experts as they were needed. Inspections and closing resources were lined up so that everything went as smoothly as possible. He hired a professional photographer and prepared some stunning marketing sheets. Because of his preparation, a contract was submitted a few days after the house was listed. He then handled several problems that came up on the buyer’s end that could have ruined the early sale. Newton is a professional and an expert at the things you can’t effectively do for yourself – the preparation, the marketing, and solving issues.
