At first we didn't know what we wanted exactly when it came to finding a place to live, nor were we really sure as to what area we wanted to be. When you factor in the two kids and spouse, a new job, a new state and no one back in the old neighborhood to keep an eye on things for you, the stress can become a distraction.We had a 100+ year old house to sell in the charming, thriving town of Marietta, Ohio. The first six months on the market were awful and depressing. We were staring down a long road with no light to guide us.When we switched realtors, Lydia came along and changed all that. She shed fresh, new, vibrant light on our situation and guided us through it all. She made us feel like she not only cared about selling our old home, but that she cared about US as well.A few more months came and went and we finally closed on that chapter of our lives. Lydia led us through that process from three states away and never once let us down or gave us reason to doubt her. She is amazingly attentive. We never worried about hearing from her. She responded to every one of our inquiries with an impressive turnaround timeframe and always anticipated information we would eventually be asking for before we asked for it! She is refreshingly honest, realistic, insightful, and so very smart.Even months after our house sold, the title company had to send some information, and she was right there making sure we received it.
