Depoimento: I was fortunate to have chosen Kathleen as my broker. Her guidance regarding getting the home ready for sale and what to expect while it was on the market was spot on. Most importantly, the Closing on the home was difficult and very stressful, and she was extremely helpful during the process being calm and level headed, getting the answers I needed. I don't think I waited more than 30 minutes before she returned a call or an email. There was never "that is not my job" even though there were a few times it probably wasn't. I am grateful to have had her during this home sale and would highly recommend her as a sales agent. I felt I was in very capable hands and that my interests were being looked after. Depoimento: I have been working with Ruthie Johnson for about a month in the search for a home in the Pensacola area. We had homes narrowed down to five to look at on the first day. The first one we looked at was IT. I think we both were surprised. However she patiently - and even happily - agreed to stay with me for the rest of about five hours while we looked at the other homes on the list. We covered a wide territory. This was necessary because I am unfamiliar with Pensacola and needed what I found to be her terrific expertise with regard Pensacola and surrounding areas. She was a great and knowledgeable escort and I was impressed with Ruthie from the get-go. I now have a contract on the first home we looked at and plan to close in a month. Ruthie is a very hard worker. I still am stunned with how quickly she responds to texts, emails or phone calls. We have run into a glitch or two along the way – not unusual in real estate transactions of course – but she perseveres and works hard to find a solution. I am elderly and she has always shown respect and sensitivity in dealing with some of my health issues. That in itself has been wonderful. I highly recommend Ruthie to purchasers and sellers alike.
