After viewing the home we were interested in, Maureen did a wonderful job communicating between us and the sellers. There were some final items we were negotiating. Due to her expertise in electronic signing, it allowed for all parties to complete the negotiations in a timely manner. Because Maureen was always professional and responsive, we elected to have her be the agent to sell our home in Enfield. She handled this transaction as smooth and responsive as when we purchased our new home in Suffield. She always stayed on target and negotiated in our best interest. Depoimento: My partner and I were looking for a home in Riverside, CA from overseas. Not being from Riverside, Don was recommended to us by a family friend. From start to finish, our experience with Don was wonderful. He was extremely responsive to our requests, even with a 9 hour time difference. Once we identified a house that we were interested in, Don got in to see it right away (as we could not). There were a number of offers placed on our future house and Don's knowledge of Riverside and working relationship with the sellers was certainly to our advantage. Don worked quickly to submit our initial and subsequent offers and he was in touch regularly throughout the process. Don's guidance continued even after we moved into the house. As brand new Riverside residents, he recommended a number of local businesses to facilitate our move and checked in on us regularly during our first few weeks in town. Depoimento: I've bought two houses and sold one with Robin's guidance. She was great at understanding what my family needed in each house. I had hoped the search would be quick and simple, but the market on my most recent purchase required more persistence. Robin was great at going into each house with optimism, looking for potential, yet maintaining a discerning eye for quality and my family's needs. With her design and renovation experience, she has a knack for judging which renovations are plausible. I also found Robin to be very knowledgeable about the process. My co-signer lived out of state, so she had all extensions signed at the first hiccup. Although she is knowledgeable on the process, if she doesn't know something (e.g. Legal and tax implications of an out of state purchase), she will connect you to the best professional who can help. Wish I had found her sooner!
