Depoimento: Chad contacted me to provide new carpet at one of his properties, so I will speak from a different perspective; for in this case, Chad was my client. The entire transaction was handled through phone calls and texts, but it may as well been done from across the table at a Starbucks. He was very quick on responses and details which means efficiency is important to him. But the most impressive thing was when I told him I preferred payment by check over credit card, he quickly understood and appreciated the additional fees associated with processing cards and asked what they were. He then requested that I add that to the invoice to offset the fee. Who does that? That says a lot about Chad. Thanks and I hope to work with him again.

Not only does Andrew have exceptional knowledge of the Ken Caryl market, he is also on the board of directors for the Ken Caryl Master Association, he truly is the most knowledgeable agent in the Ken Caryl area . Andrew took the time to help me get my home in order, from painting walls and power washing the garage, to clearly outlining the listing process, Andrew was there every step of the way. His business partner Tanya was also very skillful and knowledgeable and helped me understand what other properties had recently sold for in the area which, in turn, made me feel great about the price we went to market at. They were also very helpful and were able to put me in contact with a lender that got me pre-approved for my next home at a rate better than my current bank! They were also able to introduce me to a fantastic insurance agent that lowered my insurance bill significantly. Simply put...these guys are the best in the business. Highly recommended!!!

Depoimento: Elaine helped us buy our first apartment in NYC last year. In the world of NYC real estate, navigating condos, coops, coop boards, can be overwhelming, but Elaine was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She has that certain je ne sais quoi of an old school expert in the space, who knows everyone, and more importantly, knows what to watch out for when searching for a new home, having been in the business for a long time. I was comforted having her on my side, as I trusted her to point out pros and cons, flaws, etc with every apartment we visited, and to always give the honest truth (she is very forthright so if you want someone to tell it to you as it is, she is your agent). When we did apartment walk-throughs, it was eye-opening to have her point out this thing or that thing to watch out for, that I would have never thought about as a first time buyer. She works night and day (she would send me listings to look at midnight or later, and works tirelessly) and will really go to bat for you. If I am ever in the market to sell our unit or buy again, she would be my first call. Also, we don't have a pet, but my understanding is that her real passion is in pet-friendly apartments in the city (if relevant to you, there is a NYT article where she is referenced I believe).
