Not only was his understanding and know-how of this transaction quite remarkable, but for me, it was his manner in dealing with everyone involved that left the biggest impression. Louis is courteous and likable but was very firm and direct when it was required. Finally, he would check in to relay information from escrow, the buyer, or just to ask how I was doing.
