Depoimento: I was under contract with Mr. Passaro to sell my house for 7 months. During that time period he had brought one buyer to my property while other agents have brought multiple. He had one open house that was scheduled and showed up to my property that was not. When I decided to not renew the contract with him he was extremely unprofessional with me and argued. He never had any knowledge of the prices of the houses that were selling or sold in my street. He actually called me to tell me I had no idea how the process works while his wife was yelling in the background. He then proceeded to e-mail my wife and remind her of the contract. He is unknowledgeable and unprofessional and could not negotiate a price when someone seemed interested in the property. I would recommend that no one should ever be involved with him ever again. It took me one showing on my own to sell my house. Please be weary when looking for an agent as I would never want this to happen to anyone else.
