A waterfront family home on the Cozy Cove side of Yarrow Point produced two local unsolicited offers and Kathy was our sounding board with expertise in Medina, Hunts Point and Yarrow Point markets. After careful consideration, we decided the timing was right to sell. In two weeks time, Kathy staged the house beautifully, put the house on the Market with gusto, held a Weekend Open House that 200 people attended, orchestrated sensitive and complex competitive bidding (six high end realtors representing six high end buyers), and sold the house... which then closed another two weeks later. She was with us from beginning to end and continues now to do follow up as needed. Kathy is kind, gentle, thoroughly determined, and has a wonderful sense of humor. House hunting was constrained by the distance we had to travel. Robert stayed in constant contact with us during the week which allowed us to maximize our weekends and single days in Palm Springs. What I went through in the past, verse what I through with him on buying a home was a very different experience. He made it a very easy and headache free. My wife was also very impressed on how he handle everything, and how well educated and how professional he was. Dustin always kept us up to speed on what was going on, and always prepped us for the next step. He never pressured me to start. When I was ready to start looking I gave him a call and he asked me what I was looking for and could afford. He was always available to answer my questions or would get back to me with a quick response. He made the whole experience enjoyable. We had doubts at times and he did not force us to make a wrong decision he explained how we should feel when we find the "one". He has stopped me from buying houses with hidden problems in the last year. She listens to what they are looking for, asks follow up questions to help fine tune the search and does hours of research to find your dream home. She recommended a neighborhood, based on our desires, we never thought to look in and now are a home owner there. Depoimento: I highly recommend Muriel Gerlich as a realstate agent. I came here to the Land O lakes area 3 years ago to be near my family. We made my daughters house ground zero and fanned out from there because I didn't want to be too far away. Muriel had lived and been an agent around here for more than 25 yrs. After talking to her about what I was looking for she immediatly started looking for me and driving me around to locations according to what we'd talked about. One evening I was looking on Zillow to see if anything new had come up. I liked one so much that I didn't want to wait until the next day and so I called to see if we could see it that very evening. She has a family of her own but made it happen and that turned out to be the one I bought but I may not have gotten it if she hadn't been willing to go that very night. Two more people had put in bids by the next morning. Muriel with all her years experience and wisdom was able to secure the contract and Im still happy here today. A year or 2 later my daughter and son in law asked Muriel to help them find a new home as well. Muriel's years of experience are evident immediatly from the first house we looked at until the final papers were signed she was present and involved every step of the way. I never felt like she didn't care or know what she was doing and she always returned my calls in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend her to anyone. This is an excellent and professional agent who really cares.
