Depoimento: Randy did a great job selling our home and I would strongly recommend him. He was always available, willing to answer my many questions, and quick to respond with phone, email , or text. When we needed referrals for 2nd opinions, he was ready with recommendations. We moved out-of-state before closing on the house and he handled all aspect in NC without us having to return to do anything, including inspections, repairs, and final closing. Deb stuck with us the whole time, showed us easily over 100 homes and was always willing to find us and show us another that met our criteria. We have never met another agent that will tell you that a home isn't the right fit when you're ready to settle on something that isn't quite right. She taught us about things we had no knowledge of ( like the dangers of synthetic stucco). And can smell even the smallest trace of mold from the front door ( and was right every time!). She truly would not have been happy until we were in the perfect home for us. She listed our house and in 27 hours it was sold for full asking price and a lot more than our neighbors down the street got! She also found our current home and negotiated fiercely.
