Depoimento: When I first met Tim I was a lowly, fresh graduate from graduate schooling looking for a new place to live in the Northwest Arkansas area upon returning from school. I had acquired a job at one of our hospitals in the area and was soon to be married. I took to the internet hoping to find a good deal, but, alas, I came up short and enlisted the help of another realtor. Turns out, Mr. Wang just so happens to be a lord of land as well as a stellar real estate agent.After taking advantage of the assistance provided by this other realtor, I became a tenant of Tim's at a set of townhouses that he owns and operates. Let me tell you about these townhouses...These townhomes, which were built some time around 2005, had been previously run by people's unknown. Time and bad lordship took their toll on these places and TW stepped in to save the day.TW pulled a hokey pokey, stuck his foot in, and turned the place around. Now, the townhouses are some of the nicest, most affordable places to live in the Rogers/Lowell area! Way to go, Tim.After living in one of Tim's townhouses for a few months, I got married and my wife moved in. She really enjoyed the townhouse, too, but we decided that a better move would be to actually purchase a home versus rent one. Turns out, Tim likes to treat his tenants right and offer them an opportunity to purchase home and leave a lease. So, we took him up on that offer.Our budget was very tight, but this was no obstacle for TW. Chip Gaines, eat your heart out. Tim was extremely helpful, so patient, and very effective at being our realtor. He was also very knowledgeable. TW spent a little time working for a local bank chain, so, he understands the processes behind mortgage loans and wheelin' and dealin'. Honestly, TW was almost a God-send for us because he was able to get us into a fixer upper home at a very affordable price. AND THEN he went the extra, extra mile of helping us reach out and get the necessary personnel and resources in order for us to prepare our fixer upper for our move-in day!"Vision" is a good word to describe Tim's realty skills.BOTTOM LINEIf you need a place to rent, get in with Tim.If you want to buy a house, get in with Tim.You won't regret it.
