Depoimento: Unresponsive property managers and unfortunately if you have a major problem you must talk to them. Maintenance hands are tied with major problems but very responsive . This is not good because I like the house but management is poor.

Depoimento: Having been through the debacle with Countrywide, becoming an empty nester, and with retirement around the corner perhaps in the next 5 or so years, I made the decision to move forward, sell the big white-elephant home and downsize. This made perfect sense especially after receiving that interest-rate hike notice. I knew I would end up being house poor and realized I needed to get out from under this eventual weight on my back. I called my daughter who suggested our mutual friend Jon Villaescusa. What a phenomenal choice. The advantage here is I am familiar with Jon’s “real estate” family and background. He was been born and bred into it. After the sale of my home, the quest was on to find that suitable mini-home that would provide a sense of comfort and safety. Someplace I could recreate my style and ambiance for that inviting place to come home to and remove the stress of large-home responsibilities; looking forward to the adventures of a soon-to-be retiree. When you buy a home, regardless if it is your first or second time, it is a daunting mission. Having Jon Villaescusa begin that mission was a Godsend. His professionalism and knowledge of the market is outstanding. As we began our adventure together, I relied heavily on his ability to know what to do and how to do it, where to go and who to seek, all while catering to my schedule and availability. There is no question that perhaps the best personal quality as a real estate agent is his patience and responsiveness to your questions. He sets the standard high and goes above and beyond to answer questions no matter how trivial they may seem and always within a 24-hour timeframe. Jon, knowing that I wanted to downsize, took me to all areas to view condos and townhomes. Trying to have my best interest at hand and knowing my financial limits he managed to show me over 40+ properties. After a lot of consideration, an offer was made for the exact one that would fit my wants and needs. Now I know many homebuyers like to express that their experience and loan process was worry free and went off without a glitch. My experience with the eventual procurement of my perfect little condo, however, was not such an easy ride. It had hiccup after hiccup. At one point I made the statement to Jon that it just didn’t seem that I would ever get it. Jon’s response: “Not on my watch … this is going to happen." Jon stood by me. He understands the emotional turmoil people go through with making this kind of “life-changing” decision and that in itself was a great comfort. After every push and shove and personal assistance, my condo really became MY CONDO. I have an adorable roof over my head and I can call it home. There is no question that I give him my highest recommendation. It doesn’t matter whether you are looking for a buying agent or a selling agent, Jon Villaescusa is the one to call. Thanks Jon… for going the extra mile with me. You made it happen!

I didn’t know anything about buying house but Michael made it as easy as possible. He also had additional knowledge about where to get appliances for the home as I didn’t have a lot of cash on hand. Being a first time home buyer there was a lot of nostalgia with every new house that I found and looked at but Michael with his expertise helped my wife and I cut through all the nonsense and honestly found us the best deal and the best house for what we could afford and honestly my family and I are very grateful and happy about our purchase.
