Depoimento: After finding out that my wife was being transferred out of state we had to sell our home in a short time period. We knew it was a sellers market but were nervous about the timing. We met with Joe on a Sunday, he explained to us what he would do to sell our home that was much different than we expected. it worked, he had our home under contract the following Tuesday. His professionalism and thoroughness was impressive. He made sure we could get in touch with him anytime which was something we found to be helpful. I just want to say if you are selling a house, Joe is the only agent we would recommend. He helped us price our home and he sold it in 9 days.
