Depoimento: Lisa is an amazing agent! A few specifics that we valued in working with her:1. She isn’t a “zillions of listings at one time” agent, so she knew us and our house well. We worked directly with her the entire time. No keeping track of multiple folks on a team, or spending time getting someone else in the loop. She was super responsive via text, email, phone, and though she had other clients she was working with, I never felt like it limited her time with us. Consistently great personalized service, she’s super tech savvy, and it was easy to set up appointments with her. 2. Lisa had many high-impact, low-cost and easy-to-implement staging ideas that helped emphasize the best features in our house. She even brought a few pieces of furniture over to help stage, as our house was vacant. 3. Her photography skills are AMAZING! Our house looked great online. She has years of experience, and it shows. 4. Our house had its own website! I loved the detailed web content she wrote, as well as the fact the sign in the yard came with a custom URL. Seriously, she says Marketing Ninja, but I had no clue… across-the-board, all the online and print collateral was fabulous. 5. She has a ninja rolodex. We were under contract super-quickly(!) and as the process continued with the home inspection, etc., she had excellent suggestions for some of the other professional services we needed to work with. 6. I follow the market in the area we were looking to sell in closely, but it’s still amazing what you don’t pick up browsing online sales data. She’s an expert in the Decatur/Medlock neighborhoods and knew in great detail how our house compared to others in the area when we were setting our price and go-to-market strategy. I’m very pleased with the outcome. Overall, I’m so glad we listed with Lisa. She’s the complete package of all the skill sets we were looking for in someone we’re entrusting a really significant financial transaction to.

Depoimento: I contacted Ashley after I had interviewed several real estate agents in the area. He seemed to stand out. He was totally helpful, realistic and honest during the entire process. The house was vacant and after I completed the cleaning process and made some minor repairs I turned it over to Ashley. His wife came in and did some staging to make the place more attractive for sale. Within the first week we had 2 potential buyers. He presented their credentials and I chose one. He completed all the paper work necessary and we closed the transaction within 30 days of listing. We received our asking price and were extremely happy with the service we received. Depoimento: We recently rented a house from George for $3200 a month in Rancho Cucamonga. It was his client who bought the property and wanted to rent them for the highest price without addressing issues in the house. The house had several water leaks which caused mold, pool was full of green algae. George denied it several times, then a mold expert came -mold confirmed. George then told us to move out for wanting it fixed. We refused. Finally fixed the mold but not the leaks. Two days later, leaks. Turned on stove, short circuited from so much grease and water damage that wasn't fixed. Microwave made funny sounds and smell. The repair man said so much water/grease damage it was a fire hazard, and once again George refused to have his client spend $200 fixing it.
