Depoimento: I am sure that a number of agents get great reviews here, as, if you buy a home, the agent is helpful, and everything goes pretty smoothly, folks are pretty happy. This was, sadly, not the case for us, due entirely to the lender which we had selected through Zillow (AIM Loans out of California). Christy was patient, professional, firm with the Mortgage Company, flexible with the numerous hoops that the mortgage company made us jump through (in spite of our excellent credit and 20% downpayment), and was even able to keep us smiling (mostly) through the ordeal with comments like "Wow, I've never seen THAT before" when referring to the crazy stuff that the mortgage company was asking for. Had she not been as wonderful as she was, we would have had to drop the mortgage company towards the end of the process, start all over with another lender, and have to pay another .5% on our 30 year loan, as rates had climbed a great deal since we had locked in. We cannot recommend her highly enough, and know that you will be well-served by using her as your agent.
