Depoimento: When we decided to sell our home I thought, I can do this... Wrong! I used "Make Me Move" on Zillow and got multiple calls from agents. Rob was one of the first. He asked if he could come down and see the house, along with other agents we interviewed. After seeing our home he said I think you're priced too low. He said he could do all the work and we could still come out ahead of our FSBO numbers. Rob was far and away our first choice. He showed us many favorable comps even though our house was unique and hard to compare. Rob worked tirelessly to promote our property with the challenge of being over sized and priced for our older neighborhood. We all knew the price was right, it was a matter of finding the right buyer. We did and Rob had to jump through multiple hoops and unusual circumstances to make the sale possible. We just closed and couldn't be more satisfied and grateful for Rob's dedication and professionalism. We would recommend Rob to anyone interested in finding and honest hard working agent to sell their home!

Depoimento: Shannon McShane is the property manager of the home we found for rent on Zillow. Her lack of professionalism and communication is worrisome. My husband and I have been trying to get her to resolve issues around the house for almost 3 months, some of which are safety concerns. For example, no smoke detectors, a severe leak, a broken window, and major electrical issues. We have sent dozens of emails, left multiple voicemails, even texts on her cell. I honestly don't even know if she is who she says she is because we have yet to meet her in person and she has NEVER returned a phone call. If you call several times a day she will respond via text message sometime within that week. I cannot express enough how dissatisfied we are with her and warn any of those thinking about doing business with her.
