Our thoughts on selling our home rapidly came to fruition when we met Joanna and discussed our hopes of obtaining the fairest price possible. She was more than happy to take care of questions and to contact us immediately when something might have come up that we needed to know or think about. Her thought of listing our home as an exclusive to test the waters resulted in a fantastic sale 12 DAYS later - no MLS listing, no crowds, no signs!! Depoimento: Carol and Craig were the agents for our last two real estate transactions. Carol and Craig paid attention to every detail. The home we purchased closed escrow within 10 days. The home we listed for sale actually sold within a week, closing escrow in about 40 days. They kept an eye on everything for us, every step of the way. Really, we didn't have to do a thing. They kept us informed and returned our phone calls promptly. It's funny, looking back on it now, because it seems whenever they called us, it was usually good news. We felt protected on both transactions. They are honest and open and have many years of being top notch Realtors and this is not luck! Look at all the 5 star reviews! They "earned" those 5 stars because they work hard and are consistent. I have seen Carol go out of her way, doing the extra step, making sure everyone is happy. She was always available, and was quick to put our minds at ease when any issue came up. Liz is a tough negotiator and a tremendous advocate, which was invaluable in this process.
