Depoimento: Mechelle sold TWO homes for us. Before she listed the house she and her partner, Donna Lewis Stiles educated us on how to present our house. Mechelle told us how to decorate and make our house uncluttered for professional photos and web presentation. When she pronounced that we were ready, we signed the listing and she put on the MLS. We had two full price offers on the first day. Mechelle guided us through the process of negotiating our price UP, and 4 days later we had a signed contract.
