I was pleasantly surprised at how regular the traffic was, even in the dead of winter when houses receive few, if any, showings. When I got a contract, both Barb and Rick efficiently handled resolution of the home inspection issues by arranging contractors and coordinating the work. I had my house listed for one year with another realtor, and only regret that I didn't list it first with Barb and Rick. Highly recommend them.
