I worked with her when I purchased my first home in Arcata in 2002, and then again in 2015 when I wanted to relocate to Mckinleyville. She knows Humboldt very well and listened to what I wanted and then helped me find it. Once we got to the inspection phase, Linda was very helpful and did not abandon the project and stuck with me. She is a strong negotiator and a very kind person. I'm so grateful for Linda's expertise and would recommend her to anyone.

Depoimento: Nancy was an absolute god-send during my real estate transaction. First, she found an gem of a property BEFORE it was listed online and elsewhere. It was a recently and beautifully redone townhouse in Marina Del Rey with an incredible location. Secondly, she was an absolute pro, guiding me thru every step of the transaction to make sure that things went smoothly on our end and any questions I had were answered and then some. Lastly, as weirdness ensued with the seller (being totally unresponsive, promising to address issues and never delivering), Nancy was great about outlining options and an action plan to close escrow and get all the open items sorted out.<br/><br/>I can't recommend her highly enough. I've found her a pleasure to work with, super focused on buyer satisfaction, and willing to go more than the extra mile.

Depoimento: If I were to recommend any agent in Southwest Arizona it would be Mary Vincent. Buying a house is a big investment so you want to make sure you find a realtor that actually listens to what you want, communicates often and is knowledgeable on all of the laws and regulations. We found all of those qualities in Mary. As a first time home buyer and someone who asks a lot of questions, I gave Mary a run for her money. She was always very patient when I didn't understand something and gave me great advice. She helped make the home buying process as painless as possible and made sure I was comfortable with the numbers, the appraisal and the home inspection process. After our home was purchased she kept in contact to make sure everything was perfect and even sent us a Christmas card. She has gone above and beyond. I worked with a few realtors prior to her who really didn't listen to what I wanted as a home buyer. I would reccomend Mary for all of her qualities along with her amazing professionalism.

Depoimento: Justin is the most nicest ,hardest working , and caring realastate man I have ever known. He showed us multiple houses. We had worked with two other agencies Before we found Justin. He was amazing to work with. He helped us get the house we wanted so badly and no other agent would show us . He had to work so very hard to get us FHA and Fannie Mae for the extra money we needed to fix up the house. He was very confident the whole time.
