Depoimento: Our experiences with Jeff Cherrie, while seeking and purchasing a home in Fort Myers, were all truly outstanding! He promptly arranged for us to see all of the available homes we were interested in during our one week in Fort Myers, and we were quickly able to find a wonderful home. Jeff is very friendly, always accommodating, and thoroughly knowledgeable of the entire Fort Myers area. He promptly and very courteously responded, day and night, to all of our questions and requests for assistance, including the inspection of our new home, obtaining the required insurance, finding a lending institution, and providing progress reports concerning the approval of our loan and the purchase closing date - - - all while we were back at our permanent home in Ohio. Jeff also greatly assisted us in our acquiring the initial furnishings for our new home. We consider ourselves very fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with Jeff Cherrie. He was absolutely wonderful! We highly recommend him and will definitely try to obtain his services in the future if we sell or buy another home in Fort Myers

Depoimento: Working with Wendy Lichtenberg was truly a pleasurable experience. Selling a home is stressful enough but Wendy was on top of everything which put me at ease. Wendy knew exactly what changes were needed in order to show off the best features in my apartments. On the day she arrived to see the apartment Wendy came very prepared. She handed me a print out all the current listings and past sales in my building over the last year, reviewing which units were selling better than others. I was very impressed with her knowledge of the real estate market. She was in constant contact with me when my home was being shown and never did she feel I should accept an uncomfortable offer. I have worked with other realtors in the past who have wanted to do the fastest turn around transaction possible. That was never the case with Wendy. I would absolutely recommend Wendy to anyone selling an apartment in Manhattan.
