Depoimento: Matthew is awesome!! He helped me sell the house I had and buy the house I am in now! I was impressed with how organized he is, and upon our first meeting, he had a folder made with all the steps and possible scenarios for selling and buying. He had a clause put into my contract on the sale that I could have a rent back for 60 days, so I was able to move right into the new house without having to use a storage unit, stay with a friend, etc. Also on the listing, the request for anyone wanting a showing, were to take their shoes off upon entering, which with my OCD-ness, I greatly appreciated. In the market, the house sold quickly, and I was able to make bank to put a nice down payment on my new house and make some improvements before moving in. Thank you so much Matthew!!!

We then painted, put clutter away, fixed certain things and that helped sell our house quickly. She had the photographer come promptly and hosted a successful open house. She guided us with negotiations and listened to our concerns. We would use her again, and did so when we bought our new house!

They were able to sell our condo for above asking price within four days of listing and we closed in two weeks, the whole process was less than three weeks front to back. After selling the condo we moved on to finding a new home and the team did not dissappoint there either. After finding the home we wanted Brian and his team made short work of the negoitiations and were able to get us a great price on the home we wanted. The HHC team has been there every step of the way and we hope to close in a few weeks on our new home.
