Throughout the time we had our property listed we had great communication of any activity that was or was not happening. During this time we were able to work with him to do things to get an offer. Depoimento: We happened on Corey by chance. We were looking in the area for homes, but not really serious about buying until we found just the right home. We found a home on Zillow that looked like someplace we wanted to see. Corey showed us three properties that fit our criteria, and each was interesting to us, but one stood out. We slept on it, and decided rather quickly on a property we liked. Corey followed up with us, and showed us two more properties to give us more choices. We had our mind set on the first house that we had seen, and we decided to make an offer. He didn't try to talk us into a more expensive home, or something that would stretch our budget. From the initial offer the process went very smoothly, and we believe Corey gave us very good advice. Since the closing he has followed up and has given us good tips on tradesmen in the area, and even good restaurants. Corey has been a great real estate salesman to do business with.
