Depoimento: Jamie not only found us the perfect house, he help us through the whole process. He spent his weekends showing us many homes. When we found one that we felt was right he was suportive of our ideal on the bid. He also understood our decision to walk away from the owners counter. The funny thing is that we bought the very first house Jamie showed us! He new that it was our bench mark for everything else we looked at, only lacking a garage. Additinally the price had dropped, so it was perfect. I called Jamie in a Friday afternoon, met with him less than 24 hours later, walked through the house again and put a bid in. The sellers were out of town until that Monday, but Jamie kept us up to date all weekend. I think he was as excited as we were when the sellers accepted our offer! He walked us through the closing process, helped with home owners insurance, and is my go to guy for services in the area!

Thesa worked with us throughout the search process and helped us negotiate a fair price with the sellers. As we were from out of town, she went to all the inspections for us and kept us informed all along the process as to what was occurring with the inspection and negotiation of the sale price. She also helped us with finding a good title company to work with and had recommendations for contractors that would be doing work on the house that we were buying. Would recommend her highly.

Depoimento: Ryan Hanson and Lakeland Realty were instrumental in helping my family and I find the perfect house that fit our budget and criteria. We had a fairly specific house we were looking; 3 BR, room for dogs, on the water and close to the city of Rhinelander, which limited our search considerably. Ryan did a great job of sorting through the many properties available, only showing us houses that met the specifications we were looking for. We actually ended up making offers on two properties, which thankfully fell through after the sellers backed out, but Ryan was active and involved in negotiations throughout. Once we did find the perfect home, closing was quick and painless as Ryan had everything set up ready to go. We were able to weed through tons of properties and settle on that was a good balance between what we and wanted and what was realistic.
