Depoimento: Chris is an honest realtor. He never showed us homes just to make a sale. He steered us away from locations that would not work for us. Chris was truly concerned with finding the right home and location for my family. He was great to work with and professional at all times. Chris went out of his way and showed us homes on weekends and evenings or any time that fit with my family's schedule. It was actually a fun experience working with Chris. He made house hunting enjoyable and less stressful. My family ended up purchasing a home that was for sale by owner, but Chris did not hold that against is. He had put in offers and counter-offers on other homes for us. Chris was very timely and always kept us informed during the process. I wold highly recommend working with Chris Nichols and Pike County Real Estate. ..they won't steer you wrong!

Being a rookie in the home buying process, we weren't sure exactly what to expect from working with a realtor other than having someone to guide us through the search and all the paperwork. Jamie went above and beyond for us. I didn't expect to be so impressed by such a trustworthy, professional, and loyal person who was completely on top of it through the whole process. It's not just her friendly, likable personality, it's that she wholeheartedly stands behind her clients 100% and you can absolutely trust that she will do whatever it takes to get the best outcome for you. Jamie is a straight shooter and she keeps everyone who is involved on their toes and accountable. She was willing to sacrifice a quick sale (and a paycheck) to keep us from getting blind sided with outrageous fees from a lender who we ultimately did not end up working with. If it weren't for her impeccable attention to detail and her loyalty, we would've dealt with an expensive and unexpected outcome after closing.Her ability to be extremely responsive and upfront during a tough situation kept our deal from falling apart, and I can honestly say that she is at least 80% of the reason that we got the keys to our home.Not only did she help us find a great deal on an amazing home, she has changed our perspective of customer service and has been an inspiration in how we, as professionals and business owners, work with our own clients going forward.

We both SOLD a single family home and BOUGHT a larger home in Chelmsford in late 2015 using Ellen as our Seller and Buyer's Realtor respectively, so we experienced working with her in both roles. She stuck with us through several disappointments and times we changed our mind. She was respectful of a period of time during which we needed a break from the looking process to deal with extended family matters. She both recommended homes that were suitable and was happy to help us pursue homes we had found. Every single time we reached out, she was quickly responsive, and always found availability to help us. We never felt pressured by Ellen, and she let our opinions lead her negotiations, but would offer honest responses. We almost always felt on the same page about what was fair and reasonable. When we did find the right, affordable expansion house for our family, she managed to help us sell very quickly (2 months start to finish!) in a slowing market. She was also a great support when there were complications that happened with the new property after we agreed to purchase. We would recommend her without reservation, and absolutely choose her again for help with Buying or Selling.

When we asked her to help us sell our home so we could buy a house that we found on a whim (and had to act fast) she was at our house that night writing an offer and then went to her office and finished it up and sent it off at midnight. She was always able to get our stuff done in a timely manner (I know she had other clients too but we never felt like we were part of a group and had to wait for her to finish up something else "then she could get to us". In otherwords, we always felt like we were priority. I don't know how she does it but she does it!! Our situation had many obstacles and she got us thru each one! Thank you Lisa.
