He also had a lot of helpful insights about ways to renovate or improve properties and the costs associated with renovations. Chris never tried to push his opinion on us or push us into buying anything; he let us reach our own conclusions, but gave us his thoughts whenever we asked. When we decided to make an offer, Chris's analysis of the comps was spot-on. We weren't initially the top offer, but Chris's negotiating skills helped us to get the house anyway. We had a quick closing and he made sure that everything was taken care of on time. Chris was a calming presence during what could have easily become a very overwhelming home-buying process. He was fun to work with and we would definitely recommend him.

Depoimento: Nathan was a great! We looked at many different houses and he defiantly got the feel of what we were looking for. We tried for one house and the seller was not to motivated to sell, as well as some other problems. We wanted to give up after that, but he helped up to get back motivated and move on. We finally found our dream house, but went through more problems with the seller. Nathan was right by our side and helped us understand what was going on and even went the extra mile to help get somethings from home depot so we could close on the house as soon as possible. I would defiantly recommend him to anyone. He was very understanding, friendly, and even checked in on us after the close.

Depoimento: My husband and I worked with Laura for over a year, determining the best time to list our home and maximize our profit. We wanted to downsize and both my husband and I were quite picky when it came to finding the new home. We wanted to be in a specific area that was in an already well established neighborhood. Every time we found something that fit our needs, we got beat out by other offers. We were getting frustrated and ready to give up. Laura kept reassuring us that our patience would pay off. We coming down to the wire between closing the sale on our old home, when Laura took us to look at a house that she felt checked off most of the boxes on our list. We fell in love with the house and our offer was accepted. If not for Laura's patience and understanding our needs, I think we might still be living in an apartment. Depoimento: We had already purchased our new home out-of-state before we hooked up with Kris to sell our Billings home. We were anxious about the selling process especially since both my husband and I would be relocated out-of-state by the time the house went on the market. Kris surpassed our highest expectations!We met one time face-to-face at the house. I have to echo what some of the other reviewers stated. Kris was very patient and answered all of our questions. He shared data on how many homes he sells, how long his listings typically stay on the market, and provided info on comps in the area. Kris asked us what we wanted to sell the house for and suggested a price he felt would sell quickly. We went with his suggestion. We are so glad we did. He was RIGHT ON THE BUTTON! The house was only on the market for just 1 day before we got multiple offers. Kris coached us through the buyer negotiations with the result that the sold for just $1000.00 under our original asking price. Since we were out of state Kris helped out by letting in the cleaning crew we hired, checking that they did a good job, and taking the trash left from moving out to the curb on trash day. No matter what time of day or night we called with our questions, he answered promptly and thoroughly. Since we were located out of state, Kris set it up so we could sign all the documents electronically. I recommend Kris to anyone wanting to buy or sell a house. By following his advice the process was totally painless and very quick. I don’t think you could find a better realtor anywhere!
