Depoimento: When my father passed away, I was in charge of selling his house. My parents had lived there for almost 50 years and the house had not been very well maintained. Also, I live in Austin and the house was in Waco. My brother in law recommended Stevie to me - she had sold his house. I could not have sold it without Stevie. She helped get people to make repairs and took care of aall the paperwork and interactions with potential buyers, banks, and FHA inspections. I would not even consider anyone else if I neede to buy or sell a house. Stevie is very personable, very professional, and most of all, successful. He is a long time resident of the Austin area, which is extremely helpful in trying to locate a desirable neighborhood in the city. Butch had numerous contracts on my former property within days of it first appearing on the market. Austin is currently a "hot" real estate market, presenting some challenges for those of us looking to sell and buy property within the city. After selling my home, I had to quickly find a new home. Butch's understanding of my price points and home/neighborhood desires put me in my new home within a month after the closing of my former home. Butch has excellent communication skills and is very accessible. I found this extremely important when you are selling and buying in the Austin market. With multiple offers (and showings) of my home and negotiating with other agents and owners for a new home in the hot Austin market, Butch provided frequent updates and kept me well informed throughout the process. Best of all, Butch has a very pleasant demeanor.
